Walker is calling for an income tax cut ONLY FOR THE RICH! He says he’ll cut the top tax bracket – which applies only to the top 1% of income earners. Everyone else gets nothing. Well not exactly. Everyone else gets to pay for it. The cost: $287 million over two years, paid entirely by the middle-class so that the rich can get Walker’s tax break. No wonder he keeps this hidden in a brown paper bag.
